DeAnza Springs Resort traveling teams show the coveted blue shirts and banner.

DeAnza Springs Resort’s water volleyball program has grown from a small group of fun-seeking people trying to get a game going at their home turf to a large crowd that enjoys the sport so much that they regularly travel to AANR conventions and festivals with multiple teams. Many have seen them parading their shirts and flag emblazoned with their club name.
These dedicated players are an adventurous group and set out to put their skills to use by traveling to the AANR conventions and festivals to play other teams. The travels brought a whole new level of fun to water volleyball. Our group grew stronger through the camaraderie of camping and all the fun that goes along with the intensity of tournament play. We shared our love of water volleyball with opposing teams.
DeAnza Springs is now proud to put forth up to three traveling teams. Owner’s Dave and Helen Landman have supported the teams by supplying shirts to each traveling player and also a flag that they proudly sail high in the sky.
Our hope is to keep this momentum going and keep these teams traveling. But also, we hope other clubs will join in the fun and get players to travel to our home turf as well as to other clubs. It would be great to have teams from many different clubs all attending a resort at the same time. The added variety of teams from other clubs is always a bonus at any tournament.
We hope to see you either at DeAnza Springs Resort or another club hosting a water volleyball tournament soon.
